    Toddy, LLC has an immediate opening for a full time Materials Handler the ideal candidate will be a hard-working and positive person with a "can do" attitude, who would like to contribute to the success of a growing company.


    The Materials Handler is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound materials. Ensuring all incoming and outgoing materials and related paperwork meets quality inspection standards in accordance to Toddy, LLC.

    Tasks Include (but are not limited to):

    • Receives and unloads incoming materials by assisting in loading and unloading trucks

    • Assist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas and supervise storage activities.

    • Inbound/Outbound trailer inspections shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.

    • Receive inbound shipments and reconcile items to packing slip or BOL/delivery receipt.

    • Ascertain that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly labeled and that correlating documents if needed are available with each shipment.

    • May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment

    • May operate shrink-wrap machine; may operate company vehicle to deliver shipments

    • May assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area

    • Follow all GMP requirements

    Must Be:

    ·       Able to lift 40 lbs.

    ·       Able to wear personal protective equipment

    ·       Able to pass pre-employment screens

    ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred/Helpful Skills:

    ·       1 year of forklift experience

    ·       High School diploma or GED
