How to order Toddy products via retail account

You may order Toddy® cold brew products online and via telephone. Toddy accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck. All orders require confirmation from Toddy before the sales order is guaranteed to be filled.

Shipping details

Free shipping; limited time offer  

For a limited time, Toddy is offering free shipping to retail customers in the contiguous U.S. Free shipping is limited to one address only; standard shipping rates apply to all additional addresses. When the net total merchandise amount from your online order is $0 or more (after any applicable discounts and before add-on fees such as tax and gift wrapping), we'll take care of your standard ground shipping charges.*

Standard and expedited delivery service

Standard delivery of in-stock items is 4 to 6 business days from the date the order is confirmed by Toddy. Expedited delivery is available to most destinations on orders received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on the weight (and size) of the products you order, the shipping method you select, and your delivery address.

Shipping countries

Toddy currently ships to the U.S. and Canada. However, we do have distribution partners around the world who offer Toddy cold brew solutions. To find Toddy products near you, please contact us.

Returns

Except for products designated as nonreturnable, we will accept a return of the products for exchange, credit, or refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition, with all parts and accessories. Consumables such as filters and stoppers must be unopened to qualify for return. After 30 days, we will replace defective items for products covered by a warranty pursuant to the terms of such warranty policy.

Toddy offers a one-year warranty for defects in material or workmanship on our products with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Please contact us or call (888) 863-3974 for more information.

Contact the Toddy customer service team by submitting the contact form or by calling (888) 863-3974 to request a return authorization.

Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage in transit, and write the return authorization number on the outer carton for order tracking. We recommend you use a traceable shipping method as we can't give credit for items lost in shipping. Feel free to choose your preferred shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Refunds

We strive to process refunds within approximately 7 to 10 business days of receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Items that require cleaning, new packaging, parts, or those that do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy may still be accepted for return but may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%. If you have any questions about returning your item, please contact Toddy. We do not offer refunds on nonreturnable products.

Wholesale customers

How to order Toddy products via wholesale account

To view wholesale pricing or place an order, you must first apply and be approved as a registered wholesale account. If you are not registered and would like to be, please submit an application by visiting toddycafe.com. The minimum purchase for your first wholesale order is $100 excluding taxes and shipping fees; the minimum purchase on subsequent orders is $50 excluding taxes and shipping fees.

Toddy accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck for all purchases. All orders require confirmation from Toddy before the sales order is guaranteed to be filled.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. You may order Toddy products through your wholesale account or by calling our customer service team at (888) 863-3974. Team members are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT.

Returns
