You may order Toddy® cold brew products online and via telephone. Toddy accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All orders require confirmation from Toddy before the sales order is guaranteed to be filled.
Free shipping; limited time offer
Toddy is currently offering FREE shipping to retail customers in the contiguous U.S. who spend $49 or more before taxes and other fees. When the net total merchandise amount from your online order is $49 or more (after any applicable discounts and before add-on fees such as tax and gift wrapping), we'll take care of your standard ground shipping charges.
Applicable discount will be calculated during the checkout process. This offer is for the contiguous United States only and does not apply to wholesale orders or Toddy Special Delivery Club shipments. Select "Free Shipping" at checkout.
Retail orders of items that are in-stock typically ship within 1 to 2 business days from the order confirmation date. Expedited delivery is available to most destinations on orders received by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday. Actual shipping times will vary.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on the weight (and size) of the products you order, the shipping method you select, and your delivery address.

Toddy currently ships to the United States. However, we do have distribution partners around the world who offer Toddy cold brew solutions. To find Toddy products near you, please contact us.
Returns
Except for products designated as nonreturnable, we will accept a return of the products for exchange, credit, or refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition, with all parts and accessories. Consumables such as filters and stoppers must be unopened to qualify for return. After 30 days, we will replace defective items for products covered by a warranty pursuant to the terms of such warranty policy.
Toddy offers a one-year warranty for defects in material or workmanship on our products with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized reseller. Please contact us or call (888) 863-3974 for more information.

Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage in transit, and write the return authorization number on the outer carton for order tracking. Refunds
We strive to process refunds within approximately 7 to 10 business days of receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Items that require cleaning, new packaging, parts, or those that do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy may still be accepted for return but may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%. If you have any questions about returning your item, please contact Toddy. We do not offer refunds on nonreturnable products.

To view wholesale pricing or place an order, you must first apply and be approved as a registered wholesale account. If you are not registered and would like to be, please submit an application by visiting toddycafe.com. The minimum purchase for your first wholesale order is $250 excluding taxes and shipping fees; the minimum purchase on subsequent orders is $100 excluding taxes and shipping fees.
