Café Sua Da is a traditional Vietnamese coffee recipe. Historical access to fresh milk was limited, so sweetened condensed milk was added to a dark roast coffee. Our version works well with any cold brew.
Combine cold brew coffee concentrate, water, and ice in a 16-ounce cup and stir. Pour milk on top (do not stir).
To serve with a layered effect, add the condensed milk first. Combine water and coffee, and slowly pour onto the back of a spoon over the milk. Gently add the ice.
