Smooth Instigator (Coffee, Whiskey, & Mint)

Whiskey, coffee, and mint cocktail and book in front of the fire

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day all year long with this coffee, whiskey, and mint cocktail. Cold brew coffee concentrate and the warmth of whiskey work together to create a decadent, complex flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Irish whiskey
  • 1 ounce creme de menthe
  • 1 ˝ ounces Irish cream
  • 2 to 3 ounces cold brew coffee concentrate
  • Whipped cream 
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for whipped cream and fresh mint in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and then strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint.
