Colombian Mule

This coffee-forward, nonalcoholic rendition of the Moscow Mule converts the classic cocktail into a flavorful refresher that's perfect for warm summer days.

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ ounces (100 milliliters) cold brew coffee concentrate (We recommend Colombian El Obraje) 
  • 5 ounces (150 milliliters) ginger beer
  • ⅓ ounce (10 milliliters) cane syrup
  • 2 lime wedges 
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Directions

Squeeze one lime wedge into a glass, and add cane syrup. Fill the glass with ice. Add cold brew concentrate and ginger beer, then garnish with a lime wedge and mint. 

The Colombian Mule was served at The Barista League 2023 in Oslo, Norway.
