Salted Maple Cold Foam

Mostly sweet but a little bit salty? We are, too, which might explain why we love the Salted Maple Cold Foam enough to drink it all year long. This beverage tops a pure, delicious cold brew foundation with flavor that may have been a tantalizing dessert in a recent past life.

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Conundrum® Classic* ready-to-drink cold brew coffee
  • 10 ounces half and half
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a mixing glass, combine 10 ounces of half and half, maple syrup, and salt. Stir, add the mixture to the whipped cream dispenser, and charge the dispenser.

Add ice to a highball glass, then pour cold brew to roughly an inch below the rim. Top off the cold brew with the salted maple cold foam.

This beverage was showcased at the 2024 Specialty Coffee Association Expo in Chicago, Illinois.
