These simple and delicious hot wings bring the summer flavor all year round.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil or use a silicone mat. Combine preserves and cold brew tea concentrate in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
Next, add desired amount of red pepper flakes and stir. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet, brush with glaze, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip wings and drumsticks, brush with glaze, and bake for another 10 minutes. Flip them again and brush chicken a final time with glaze.
Broil on low for 8 minutes, then on high for a final 2 minutes. Enjoy!
