Toddy®-style Winter Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 ounce white chocolate, chopped 
  • 4 ounces half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon brandy 
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Whipped cream 

Directions

In a saucepan, heat half-and-half until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, and whisk until melted and smooth. Stir in brandy, vanilla, and coffee concentrate. Return to low heat and whisk until frothy. Do not boil.

In a microwave, heat half-and-half until hot but not boiling. Remove from the microwave. Add chocolate, and whisk until melted and smooth. Stir in brandy, vanilla, and coffee concentrate. Return to the microwave and heat until steaming. Do not boil. Use a hand frother or whisk to make it frothy. 

In a milk frother, heat half-and-half until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, and whisk until melted and smooth. Stir in brandy, vanilla, and coffee concentrate. Return to the milk frother. 

Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream, and serve.
